Introduction to the research interests

Our group makes researches on materials, processing and devices, which will be used in future photonics, electronics and spintronics, and mainly semiconductors and related materials (novel alloys and quantum nano-structures) are studied. Molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) crystal growth of novel semiconductors and fabrication of quantum semiconductor structures, where photons, electrons and spins are controlled, and the characterization of their physical properties are important research steps.
